I'm a 26 year old oil painter based in Los Angeles. I package and ship all of my orders by myself - If you have a question about your order, the quickest way to reach me is by instagram direct message @soaprunsfast.
REPLACEMENTS: If there's any reason your order isn't perfect - if it's damaged, doesn't arrive after my estimated time (below), or isn't the quality you expected - I'll replace it for free or offer you a full refund if you contact me within 60 days.
WAIT TIMES/REFUNDS: All manufacturing, packaging, and fulfillment is managed by me alone, so it may take me a couple weeks to get to each batch of orders, especially since I travel often for my primary job. After the point of fulfillment, it may take 2 weeks for your order to reach you via USPS. If this timeline seems too long, kindly hold off from ordering or let me know in advance that you’ll need yours rushed <3 I prefer to include this in my policy to dissuade refunds or chargebacks because they negatively affect my ability to do business and keep track of its finances. Thank you for your understanding! Please note that I cannot send out replacements if you incorrectly entered your address and it was sent to the wrong location. I cannot provide refunds for things that fall within my policies or are noted in the description of each item, (size, etc) but I’m always available to talk via DM if you need to discuss a refund!
TRACKING: I don't have access to tracking codes because I work with a third-party private mailbox shop instead of USPS directly. This is what allows me keep shipping and prices as low as possible! However, I'm not worried at all about not offering tracking because no matter what, if your print doesn't reach you, I'll replace it at zero cost to you.
DELAYS: Due to the Los Angeles fires and my primary job, there may be atypical delays every so often. Please have understanding and patience as I’m an independent seller - if you need to work around this let me know!
